A German company called Hollerith was ordered by law to sell punch-card machines to the Nazi government, or face being put out of business. Those machines were later adapted by the Nazis for a whole range of administrative purposes, including use at concentration camps. Many years later, IBM purchased Hollerith.

Someone did their research several years ago. IBM have done questionable stuff, but counting dead Jews is not on the list.
