It's been since about April last year although I had a chunk of time off so probably concerted effort has been about six months.

Currently I'm doing Group training (personal training with other people) 3-4 times a week, Yoga once a week, one-on-one training once a week and am starting to get up early in the morning so I can get on the treadmill at least a half an hour before I go to work. My only day off is Sunday but I'll go for a long walk if I'm not out with friends.

It's hard but I had (still have!) quite a bit to lose and I know I won't have to train like this forever. I'm just happy I've hit that point where I have less to lose than I've lost - makes it all seem achievable.
