Another early morning here! Surprisingly, this questions's not about PoE. ;-)

I'd like to know about the process you and Delta went through when you wrote "Harry Potter and the Ill-Tempered Potions Master". I'm interested in how authors write together, i.e. a paragraph each? a character each? or is it a pooling of ideas and you each write until you run out of steam and the other takes over?

I might come back later when I've woken up and ask Harry or Severus from PoE a question ... I shouldn't let this opportunity go to waste.

*waves* I can at least tell you how it got started, if Dragon doesn't mind me butting in for a moment--she said she was working on a story but hated writing smut and I said I'd do it for her since, you know, I like writing smut! She sent me the first part, I added the smut and together we put in a bunch of silly Oz refs and voila!

Thanks for your answer. I can see I'm going to have to re-read this story right now, just to check if I can find the seams where the writing joins. ;-)

I'm in Boston this weekend... and I have been ordered by Femme to finish it as well.

So now I have two BNFs that want me to finish that story! Egads.

It is on the short list. (Third place, actually) Snarry Games fic. Another Snarry fic starring Smart!Harry (Which is like two or three scenes away from completeion). And then the Regency.

*smooches*
