Very simple answer. You see, when you are agnostic, your faith is undetermined. You have the ability to accept any power you wish. You also have more faith in yourself (great choice) rather than a being that cannot be explained what so ever in science. As well as the fact that God has so far been proven wrong/false in any well organized scientific document (study the theory of relativity; Einstein).

Yet if you are Christian... Your faith, as well as fate is sealed within one book. The only faith given to oneself in Christianity is the faith of hopeful faithfulness. They only wish they can say whats on their minds. Matter is not energy in Christianity... It is a mere' holy doctrine, given by God. BULLSHIT!

Eh it's just the "norm" of society... maybe it became well established with the inquisitions and witch hunts... If I lived back then, I would have lied and said I was christian anyways... seriously, it's not something to die over
