Awe, poor doggie. Dusty does that to me on occasion. I think he doesn't get enough play time or attention, and then when he naps too long, or goes to be too early, it's TIME TO WAKE UP and the most unholy of hours.

He is so used to be getting up between 5 and 5:30 - I really have a hard time sleeping in past 6:300 on the weekends. He thinks I've overslept and fusses (actually he "oinks" for lack of a better description) until I get out of bed.

Well, my cats, especially Max, have decided that 4:00 am is a perfect time to stand outside the bedroom door and yowl that it's breakfast time. NOT my favorite either.

GASP. I've read all about orphan trains! For a while, they were kind of a huge plot point in my mail order!JC AU, up until I redid the rough draft.

That whole period, actually -- like, 1870 through 1900? Is my FAVE THING. Give me all the Olde New York AUs, please! (Yes, the extra 'e' in 'Olde' is very important. And yes, you can totally hear it when I say it out loud. Pronunciation is subjective!!)
