So I had an ob appointment yesterday and to our shock (mine, Ry's and the doctor) I'm 3 cm dilated and 60% effaced already! The doctor was pretty shocked and went to speak with another doctor and decided that if I did go into full blown labor they won't do anything at this point to stop it. They also want me to quit working, but I'm going to go in

Oh my gosh, I can't believe the baby will be here so soon! It seems like you just announced you were pregnant.
