Does your alternate persona maintain your behavior and personality while you are in this reality? Does this entail that you are experiencing both realities at once, or only gaining the memories creating during your absence after you return?

It maintains your personality while you are in this reality. Essentually you inhabit a being that is an alternate you while you are there. Example again with Star Wars, no matter who I tested this with, they could not inhabit Luke Skywalker or Han Solo. It appears that entrance into the alternate reality is dependent on a new persona entering and maintaining a seperate identity from those already 'written into' the reality.

Its unclear what the long term consequences of multiple personas being linked to yourself through the machine would be. As for being a hot Korean chick, well none of my test subjects have attempted a gender change as of yet. Perhaps that should be the next control situation. The question is what reality to link to? I'll be accepting material as gateway references for anyone who wants to try the machine out.
