Maurice felt an arm hit him on the head, as he reeled in shock.

“Damnit, Jethro, what the heck are you doing?  I thought we were allies!”

“Nah,  Maurice, she made me a better offer,” Jethro said, nonchalantly nodding  at the svelte black girl lounging in the background.  "She licked my ear this morning, and really that’s all it took.”
