Broadcast flag victory!

We (well, really the Electronic Frontier Foundation, of which redqueenofevil and I are members) have won the fight against the FCC's broadcast flag.  See more information here at BoingBoingWhy is this important when we don't even watch TV?  This ruling allows the unfettered creation of new and innovative technologies without the approval of the MPAA/TV studios
