I think real estate over in the US is so much better than the real estate over here in Sydney. Our median for a property in Sydney has reached the $1 million mark. Maybe I could be a stripper in my second job to save up for my house. The only thing pulling me back is that I can't dance for hell! XD Sigh, yeah it's really depressing for first home owners in Sydney currently. :( Anyway, good luck in your real estate search... it can be frustrating in the best of times.
