My mom and sister along with my grandparents will be returning to the house after 2 weeks in BC tonight. Wow. What a great storm last night, the lightining was non stop like strobe lights for a while before the big chain bolts started. crazy stuff. I got some good pictures thanks to no rain at the time and the fact that the bolts were huge.

I have a very bad habit of not sleeping when I really should. This will be the last shift of a 2 week work stint before I get a 3 day break in which I will mostly be doing yard work. Not sure who out of anyone who might read this I've told about my street light paranoia, but I've had another night that reaffirms my belief. For some unknown reason no matter where I go at night at least one streetlight will turn off as I pass or approach it. I cannot explain it, but it never fails ( Read more... )

So close to being finished, frig I’ve had my fill of essay writing and exams. All that stands between me and home is a pesky Caribbean Literature exam on Friday which might prove to be semi-horrible.
