(no subject)
I had the most awesome dream last night - which I shared with twitter. Dear twitter ppl - sorry?
Basically it was a dream that was sort of showing concurrent events at the same time - Panic at the disco and them planning shenanigans for their kick-off of their tour of the album and then me + others at the show.
It starts off with Brendon and Spencer giving an interview (on another band's bus) and confirming that Dallon is an official member of the tour but not confirming anything besides the fact that Ian is a member of the opening band.
Then the dream switched to me and friends (honestly, I sort of dimly remember
sansets and
eledhwenlin being there, but maybe not, idk?) getting excited because the openers had finished and panic was about to start.
Then panic comes out, everyone in dress pants but one of them has a hoodie on and you can't see his face at all and I'm just assuming Ian is sick and covering up (even though Ian was clearly fine as an opener - idk, logic is for others).
And then they start playing and Dallon is doing all the back-up vocals. I had a digital camera (that I don't even own) and was recording the different sets. Then Bden switched to his acoustic and they started performing Northern Downpour. And right when the fourth guy steps up to the mic to do back-ups, Brendon pulls his hood back and it's Ryan Ross. Brendon, Spencer and Ryan were all BEAMING.
Then the floor flips their shit and as soooon as they finish the song, I pull out my cell, tweet about it, then take a pic and twitpic.
In other news - I found the complete series of Sports Night for $15 dollars. And I bought a bunch of books from barnes and noble. (2 copies of Good Omens - I'm sending one to my little sisters).
I am sort of bemused that Ryan Ross and Alex Greenwald are in a band together. I was just joking about having to buy a cd that consists of ukulele/cowbell/tambourine.... and yet. *snickers*
I am super excited for MJ - not least of all because I get to see alllll (almost all anyway) my favorite people.
Lastly - I keep on attempting that WIPs meme, but wow - I don't even know what I was thinking with some of them. (there's one that was apparently going to be a harry potter/due south xover - and not the one where Fraser raises harry. IDEK).
