Work yesterday, then coffee, then dinner at New China, then went to see Hot Fuzz with Dana and Dave. It was funny.

Got up this morning to the sound of the cat meowing. I took a shower. By that time Dave was up. We went down town so he could get a shirt and I could get a camera card. Cramped among giant jugs of Carlo Rossi Burgundy and Charles Shaw Varietals (I briefly pause noticing a strange connection between my name and value wine.) Interesting tasting last night with Victor. Two pinot noirs, two totally different wines. I bought my bottle a week ago, a $14.00 Matua Valley from the Marlborough region of New Zealand. Waking up for work was hard this morning. I set my alarm for 5:20 (half an hour earlier than necessary) because I don’t have total confidence in how I react to alarms.
