My camera trap's been stolen. I can't even fucking believe it. I hiked all the goddamn way out there today to get it back, and it has been taken right off of the damn tree, padlock and all, by some fucking thief of a hunter. What an absolute piece of shit.

I don't know if I'm more furious or crushed. God damn it.

Maybe, but I doubt it... some hunters steal shit from each other all the time. I talked to a hunter on the way out who said his tree stand that was chained to a tree had been sawed through and stolen this season. I don't think there's much up there for them to hunt at the moment that they aren't ALLOWED to hunt, anyway, and there wasn't any blood or fur, and barely any tracks. I looked.
