Hey, better late than never! I was sad the Wii version didn't get the credits either, but it had the tradeoff of having more vibrant colors and widescreen...so I guess I'm happy about that. I still need to finish all of the side quests in my game. When I originally played it I hit a time crunch before I would have to return to school, so I abandoned all of the side quests I still had to do so I could focus on beating the game.

Okamiden doesn't come out until March, but if you reserve it at Gamestop, it does come with a promo. Sadly, not the awesome promo they got in Japan, but something's better than nothing.

(I want an Ammy plush in the worst way, but ouch, the cost!)

Ouch, indeed! The Chibiterasu plushie isn't ANYWHERE for less than $150. And that beautiful Ammy figure, and those SWEET colour-changing tea cups... The Japanese really love limited-edition STUFF. XD

I'm excited about Okamiden, but I do wish Ammy would be in it.

I'm hoping we'll see her either in the prologue or epilogue at least. She has to be somewhere for Chibiterasu to even exist, after all! ^_- (Although I hope to see Issun as well. He bugged me -ha ha- for much of the game, but at the end I was sad to see him separated from Amaterasu.)

Issun's going to be there! He's in a few of the trailers. :D One actually shows him wondering who the father is...

I disliked him for a long time, too. XD He really had grown on me by the end, though.

Did YOU know she is going to be shaking down superheroes in Marvel vs Capcom 3? She gets her rosaries, glaives, and reflectors, and of course Issun will be there to provide snarky winquotes.

She loves you! >8D Haha, really? White hadn't played it before last year either, and I'm glad she ended up liking it as much as she did.

And yes!! Ammy looks like such a cheap character to use and I love it. XD The "Sun Rises" DDR-sounding remix is just as entertaining.

It looks like Okamiden will be a good game. Maybe not as perfect as the first, but still good, since they're keeping the spirit of the game itself pretty much intact. I preordered the game from Capcom to get the little keychain plush. :D

YAAAAAY!!!

You've ... gotten all 100 stray beads???! Whut? I'm on my second playthrough (New Game Plus) and I still only have about 2/3rds of them! You go, girl!

Isn't it SUCH an amazing, epic game? I cried like nothing else (at least as much as you can without looking like a loser when your husband's playing another game next to you) when I finished Okami. I then felt uplifted when I beat it (and yes, I must say, the PS2 credits are amazing) and managed to stay away from it for a whole WEEK before I jumped right back in and started playing again. I'm now in Kamui and have clocked nearly 70 hours of play (original game was 115 hours!).

I'm so excited that you've experienced the thrill of this game! It's my favorite game of all time, which is saying a lot since that status has gone exclusively to Morrowind from 2004 all the way up until now...

XD If I'm going to actually play a long game through, I'm going to do it THOROUGHLY. It took a damn long time to get every bead, and some of them were INFURIATING. Those trial cave devil gates, sheesh... and Blockhead grande... Clover certainly made sure you'd get your money's worth from that game.

But oooh the Wii port could have been made better, especially those brush controls.

I think I clocked around 120 hours. I did start a new game just to see what those karmic transformers were. XD
