I love animals, but this is why I didn't think I'd be able to handle being a vet. It'd be so hard deciding which animals to save and which to let go.

I'll definitely be praying.

That's one reason why I could never be a vet, too. I remember wanting to be one when I was little, but then I watched a vet cut open a horse's hoof to open up an abscess, and all the blood decided me pretty darn quickly that I couldn't do it. And it's also one of the main reasons that I'm so desperate to get out, my boss has a habit of doing a "mass sweep" of horses when we have too many on the property. She's had fifteen put down over the last two years alone. One part of me understands, but the larger part of me (and this part is my empathetic side) just can't.

Thanks, this is one that I want to save if at all possible.
