CIDER!!
It's been almost a week since I started the Hard Cider in the 1 gallon carboy. Those little yeasts are just a bubblin' away! I can hardly wait to rack it...
But then I become conflicted, do I start a second batch this weekend? After all 1 gallon is hardly enough cider for ones self, let alone a party. Or should I wait to see how the first batch ( Read more... )
