Too many classes!!!

Once upon a time, I thought I would double-major in physics and math. I was a silly girl. Now I know that my destined second major/degree isn't math, it's brain & cognitive sciences. Even better, now that I'm pretty much done with general requirements, I can take things I'm really interested in ( Read more... )

Unfortunately I dropped 8.20, so I guess we can't. >.<

I managed to come up with a schedule that goes no more than 6 classes a week and manages to work in my HASS concentration, HASS-D's, and the 8 and 9 electives I want to take. Unfortunately, I also want to take Japanese and German and maybe Hindi, so now I have to figure those out. ~_~

By week there, I meant term. Yes, a tentative schedule for the next four years. It was easier than I was expecting it to be, and I like to plan things out over the long term to know where I'm headed.

um why not stay five years? or is that four year plan from physics pretty ironclad?

Because my parents are definitely not going to pay for another year's worth of MIT for me to finish a major that I wouldn't do anything with.

i know the feeling, there are so many random electives that sound so interesting but i have no time to take them.

For about five minutes I wanted to double major in electrical engineering and archaeology

and then I realized how silly that would because because they share absolutely no classes ^_^;;

So what? BCS and physics only share one class, which is an elective that I just happen to be interested in. I'd totally major in archaeology if...actually, why am I not doubling in archaeology? *investigates*

Ahhh, that's slightly more of a problem. I know why I'm not doubling in archaeology, it's because archaeology here is a subset of materials science, so the major is actually archaeology and archaeological materials, which isn't quite as interesting as just archaeology. ~_~
