Do you think that the first letter in this week's Savage Love was actually sent in by Condoleezza Rice? Or is it all just a hoax to make us think that she actually is a normal human being?

No, he said in his reply that he personally changed some of the details in the woman's written description of herself. I think he was just trying to make it less embarrassing for the writer and more humorous for the reader. Condi Rice writing to Dan Savage? Nuh-uh.

He didn't say that he changed the signature, though, and he wanted to keep enough details so that her boyfriend would recognize her...

But I am inclined to agree with the "Nuh-uh".
