My jaw~ hurts~. D: I had a dental screw in there for a few years, and I had it removed today. The periodontist had to root around for it, because every time she thought she had it, it would shift out of her grasp. Then they had to fight to get the screw out and it turned out that I'd bent it in my cheek! XD

learn what the "pass" time for your age group for running, and find a music tape that keeps a slightly faster beat than that to practice running to.

Yeah, I'm working on all three, though the only one I'm worried about is running (I never did have much stamina).

Oh, good idea! Thanks!

Luckily, I'm Air Force, so we just have a flat time based on gender.

WE SHALL. WE'RE STILL MAKING ROLEPLAY ACCOUNTS AND EVERYTHING, RIGHT?

Ooouch for the dental screw bit and may the force be with you whilst you club.

I just can't believe they had the balls to remake a classic and then "update" it by making it about environmentalism. Why can't they leave anything alone?

I'm going to make this post ironic by using a Starbuck icon, because damn it, Battlestar Galactica is the exception to the rule.

I actually enjoyed it (it spoke to a geeky place inside of me, like the swirly cloud thing and the skin shedding and the aggro-bot), but that may be because I've never seen the original. I also cracked up at some of the product placements - like that part where they're allowing her to go back and persuade Keanu and she's packing up her purse and you see the phone logo? And then there's an extreme close-up of her watch - it was so blatant Daddy and I started laughing. I mean, all the other placements were subtle, but the watch was so obvious! And then they actually had the Secretary of Defense tap her watch to show that even watches had stopped running? *That* would have been the time for a product placement of a watch, marketing geniuses.

:D It makes me sad that the movies I want remade never will be, like Pretty Woman. My dream is that one day, they'll digitally edit all the clothes, cars, and hairstyles so that they're in-style again. XD

Wow, this got long.
