So it seems I'm moving into Fortress Destroid a lot sooner then I thought.  Given this the hunt for housemates is on.  So, what do you guys think makes a good housemate.  What makes a bad housemate?  Any general comments about share-housing in general?

Bad house mate: Anyone you "like-in-that-way", the destitute, person(s) you'd-be-willing-to-hurt-if-you-got-the-chance-cause-they-could-drive-you-insane, and finally those who have un-hygenic habits!!!

Personally I don't care if I end up becoming your house-pal or not man, cause I'll still end up spending ridiculous amounts of time at yours no matter what! =) Kicking your ass in ACTA & BF2 LOL

Tho seriously, be sure whomever moves in with you likes: Geeky Stuff/Anime/LANs/Good cooking! Cause if they don't... you're in trouble bro!
