I just fell down an entire flight of stairs. On my back. As in "thud thud thud thud...", which was the melodious sound of my lower back hitting all the steps on the way down. Yes folks, I just got to find out the fun way that the stairs all the way down from the third floor of my apartment building are apparently covered in a thin layer of ice.
