so this flare has totally kicked my ass. i slept most of yesterday and am sort of attempting to be awake for today. sorry if my silence has concerned anyone, amber in particular. . .

okay, so the flare i thought was just going to be a little annoying turned into one hellacious night of ugh. gratefully, i am mostly feeling better, the fever having broken like a sloppy egg sometime this morning.

i have consumed almost half of my housemate's german peppermint tea.

today, for the most part, was lovely. all flotsam aside, i got to spend nearly six hours with amber, and then i saw some modern dancing that was nothing short of fabulous. otherwise, i'm grooving on the warmth of a rumpled hoodie and a purring cat.
