Yeah, something unexpected, as in, there's way more to Claire than a variation on a stereotype.

Patches! That trumps the One-Eyed Willy nickname. Too bad he's gone so there won't be many occasions to use it anymore.

I agree about the last scene. The editing seemed really tight there, and the cinematography caught all the right, blood pressure-peaking angles. I really thought they were going be found out.

Yeah, it was kind of a tricky and tricking shot -- you thought the shock was that they were going to be caught, when in fact the shock was Happy!Jack.

I really liked this ep - again! Three in a row. I'm surprised and pleased. I even liked most of the Claire stuff!

I liked Claire's flashback hair! I thought she looked gorgeous, but then I like that gothy sort of look in general, so...

Good point about the birds and Desmond. Not quite sure what was going on there.

Yeah, the last scene was great. I was glad I wasn't spoiled, apparently a lot of people were, but somehow I missed it. It really had an impact.

So glad you've been enjoying the show -- and that you stuck around after that Desmondcentric debacle.

Of course, I wasn't spoiled, you know innocent me. So last scene packed a wallop. I knew there was going to be a wallopy last scene, cuz that's Lost's MO, but still, didn't see that one coming.
