We are sunburnt, smelly and tired.

It was marvellous.

As soon as I figure out how to upload some of the pics onto this new laptop then I will do and you can see the considerable dent we have made into the weeds today.

For anyone who has Sky TV - there is a new channel that has just started up called "Body In Balance" and its airing from 6am till 8pm.

Its programming consists of guided yoga workouts, pilates classes, MBS stuff and meditations. Some weird and wonderful things put down so far include, "Caribbean pulse yoga" and Kundalini meditations.

Its been ten years since this iconic statue was put up to welcome anyone and everyone to The North. It doesnt seem like two minutes.

Over time this statue will turn golden,  representing the fantastic spirit of the Geordies..
