Had a busy day - up early, ready, fed and sat down to do some writing for a couple of hours. Then grocery shopping, back, laundry, cleaning, and off to meeting with our accountant. It snowed last night so we are taking the quick, motorway route rather than the up over through Alston and the Pennines route.

He has been sworn in today and there is a been a report on the local news showing his roots - born at St Mary's maternity hospital (now coverted into luxury flats) in Jesmond, Newcastle.
