I just moved to downtown LA into a loft I'm going to turn into my new studio. It's the whole 2nd floor of the builing 4000sq. ft. one bigger loft thats about 3000 sq. ft. and a smaller one about 1000 sq. ft. I'm using the smaller one as my apartment and I'm going to use the bigger one for my studio. I just moved in so it's still empty ( Read more... )

Can I ask how much you're paying? That's exactly the type of place I'd like to get but couldn't find when I first moved to LA.

It's $3000 a month, places like this are kinda hard to find, I had been looking for over 6 months. I just happened to catch the listing the day it went up on craigs list and was the first person to repond.
