It's more easily to fall down than to climb up to crest.
I often follow same estimation.

The "F" mindset does seem rather pessimistic.

And the LJ spellcheck always amuses me, because it's kind of like a really stupid person who sleeps during class and never pays attention and then wonders why they're still academically idiotic.

i don't think developers put too much thought into certain obvious things here, but nonetheless i like the interface, it's quite intuitive and easy.
I usually use Word spell checker.

LJ is generally very well-done; there are few errors and it rarely crashes, unlike other blogsites I used in the past (I moved to LJ when Teen Open Diary/Open Diary got screwed up; it's so much more user-friendly here).

I couldn't agree more. It's as if everyone is either extremely paranoid or they absolutely have to know every last thing about EVERYTHING. On one of my two myspace accounts, I added someone who I thought might like my page(which is basically to advertise my website). Well, she kept questioning how I found her, who I am, and why I added her. After tiring explanations, she accepted the add. After a while however, she deleted me. That left me wondering why she ever accepted me to begin with.

maybe she didn't want to put extra work to get to know you, or simply was an airhead. ;)

I think everyone starts out with a B for me. I never thought about it much before, but I'd say that's true. I hope your friend who starts everyone off with an F isn't easily offended. Sounds like he may hold a low view of folks in general. Heh, he may be right to do so.

Spell checkers are weird. They think they know everything! bah

When people ask me why I comment on their journal or even "who are you?" I feel stumped for an answer. How're you supposed to answer a question like that? Definitely a conversation killer. Maybe they're the ones that start everyone off with F-- or something. ;)

my friend is very reserved and never had many friends. it took us about a year, after we first met, to become friends, but then we've been friends for ages, and i know he would never betray me, which he had proved many times.
