Queens is pretty cool, even though going outside this late seems like a risk to my safety and well-being. I just got a badass chicken sandwich from the Arabian deli down the street for $2.50 at 12:30 am. Besides, if little kids are still riding their bikes outside at 9:00 pm, how dangerous could it be? There have only been two murders in this area

Yes, the highest crime rate of any city with over 1 million people, Detroit actually has a higher crime rate, but is less than 1 million people. New York City is the safest large city in the country, 90% of crimes here are probably commited in Washington Heights.

oh thats interesting...I didn't know that.
That's pretty sweet that NYC is the safest large city... in a way it makes sense though...cause I imagine theres so much to do there, people don't get as bored.
