Thoughts of dogs

As I was ambling back to work along George St today after my lunchtime coffee I noticed a wolfhound/greyhound cross. He was standing patiently waiting for his humans to stop chattering to their friends and get on with the serious business of walking and like me he was watching the world go by. Simultaneously we both noticed a young dachshund

I think to an extent it's true. We've certainly been out walking with the dogs many a time and seen something which gave rise to remark once we were out of earshot, and then heard one of the dogs choke in exactly the same way as if they were sniggering.
BTW yesterday we were out of play unfortunately - Wycombe Half in the morning and then in the car on the way back cries of distress came from celestialweasel, followed swiftly by loud BLAT noises. Luckily the race goody-bag was watertight. But he was still off today. Glad to hear the electrobeeak is going well mind.
