so sorry to hear about it :-( .... hope your mum wasn't too attached to it yet and that she'll find a new one at the animal home today.

The cat was actually from the MSPCA which is the Manx version of the RSPCA in the UK, it was fully checked out by the vet etc etc before mum took charge of her :(
