After exactly 7 months of not eating crap I weighed myself this morning - 83.1kg! this is the lowest weight I ever remember being, what a great start to 2005!

Earlier this morning I tried on a pair of jeans that I was wearing when I first met faris-eirin, 7 months ago these were too tight and I was going to have to start looking to buy them in a size bigger
