On Saturday faris_eirin and I headed up to Singen in Germany so that we could shop at Walmart and buy all the things that they don't sell in Switzerland like Knoor salad dressings in sachets (yes we bought about 12 packets each with 5 sachets in), Kellogs Toppa's with raisins, apple and pear special K bars and some other stuff ( Read more... )

Zeni's starting weight was 101.00 kg or 15.9 stone, his current weight is 89.4 kg or 14.0 stone. Thats a difference of: 11.6 kg or 1.8 stone, only 4.4 kgs to go until Zeni reaches his target weight of 85 kg!

Starting BMI was 28.0, current BMI is 24.8
