To become free we need to learn ourselves. It is the most difficult task we have in the life. Most people fail to fulfill it. Sometimes it is not possible. It does not mean, however, that we have the right to give up.

Dear Jane, you know that it's always difficult for me to find propper words, those that can express my thoughts and my feelings, that's why i just want to write: "I do appreciate you being round" Thank you!

And about happiness: may be searching for happiness and trying to understand oneself is the way to be happy? May be to be happy we just need to do everything that is possible to find the answer to the question "What is happines"?
On the other hand, i've found a great quotation that says quite the opposite and that i really like: "В поисках счастья не мешает время от времени делать паузу и просто быть счастливым")
