This winter island is a strange place. There's trees here that actually grow candy canes and cookies... And not too long ago I discovered there was a cocoa hot spring just outside of the town here. I need some information on the shipments being sent to the markets here in town, and if you could in neighboring islands. If you see anything fishy, alert me or Smoker as soon as you can. There's got to be a source or at least a base for this smuggling.

Oh, also see if you can find anything on the orchards in those areas, too.
