So, today they are suppose to come fix up the net. The claimed they came at 415 and no one was home. HELLO I AM SITTING BESIDE THE FUCKING WINDOW. I saw nothing. No one came, no calls, nothing. I totally didn't know Verizon had a TV and Internet package as well - I've never had them before for TV, so I'm not sure how good they are, but hey it'll work if it'll save us money!

I think it'd be wise if you took over the Waste billing then, and that way we are each responsible for something. I'm sorry to hear Comcast was a douchebag to you guys, that makes me quite upset as they've never given me much grief. :( I hope you have a great day tomorrow!
