What do you mean you're tired? It's not like you chase a toddler around all day...

The videos are just sound for me... hmmph - even turned off my ad-blockers and tried other browsers and it's not working for me. Odd.

Hm, not sure why. Well, the first video can also be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ErhyMqQTkYo

The second one isn't on youtube yet but will be.

I am so accustomed to my own neurotic and isolating form of creativity, that I was both terrified and enthralled by what this class required of me. [...] But because the focus in ACTlab isn't on perfection so much as ambition, daring, and exuberance...

Man, does this ever speak to me. I could use an injection of ambition, daring, and exuberance right about now!

And your Newsies project looked like a ton of fun.

I recommend cutting and pasting for an infusion of earthy, juvenile creative fun.

Query: do you have any time over the Christmas break for a story critique? Or are you keeping busy?

I'm excited because the only class I'm taking next semester (besides thesis credits) is intro to printmaking in the art department. I think it will be a little like cutting and pasting in that I can do something creative and JUST HAVE FUN WITH IT--radical notion!

I definitely have time for a story critique. I'd love to see what you're writing these days, and to reciprocate for you reading my story this summer. Send it on!

I had the same problem as John, but I watched "Calendula" on youtube... great stuff, Jen. Really amazing work.
Can't wait to see the other video.
I really liked your tarot deck, too. The collage images were really beautifully composed.
