Of course it had to be Christmas - our internet was knocked out on the 25th (I'm at Dad's office at the moment, and will be calling Telstra in a fit of rage because the phone isn't working anymore either) and with the public holidays etc etc I dunno when everything's going to be fixed, and that's not taking into consideration the giant slow Telstra
