hotdogs and rice

I know its not the best for me (ha ha ha like thats ever stopped me before) but my meals have consisted of like... rice and hotdogs with ketchup for something like 2weeks straight now and it looks as if theres no end in sight

and whats worse, I was eating full cooked meals and sushi before this. I replaced sushi with hotdogs and rice.... sooo baddd. (god it feels great) XD
