Today is going to be difficult. I posted last night about "emotional outbursts" and some friends responded with some really thought provoking responses. That means, despite the fact I KNEW I shouldn't have red the responses until I got home tonight, I red the responses this morning and can think of nothing else

lol ... it turns out today is the day we look at the worst handled cases to try and improve ourselves in customer service. It seems today is a good day for self-improvement.
