Off to LVK auditions. Registration starts 8PM tonight, and continues until 11AM tomorrow morning. People who know me, particularly if you do guard, come over. Who do you know that goes by 'Lissa? That is what I wish my nickname had been when I was little. I thought about going by that up here at school, but then I decided it was just easier to go by Melissa like usual. Anyway, I still have little cousins that call me 'Lissa.

'Lissa is what I call my friend Elissa from back home. Not sure exactly where it came from, but to the best of my knowledge I was the first person to call her that. I think it's because on AIM when spelling out her name, it was always so much easier to hit the "'" key than the "E" key (and the apostrophe in English almost always replaces vowels, so it was appropriate), and it eventually stuck.
