Dude! The money I'd save in gym bills and food bills ALONE would make that a worthwhile proposition. That's incredible! And it's your own apartment, too? No roommates?

I mean, I love my roommates. But in New York, a 1-bedroom in the most dangerous area of town, with gunshots and things, usually runs you $1000.

No roommates, but it's like a dorm room. No private bathroom and no kitchen.
