i love the movie "O Brother where art Thou". We watched it last night and I had forgotten how good it was. OF course I love all the Cohen brothers films, I really do. It was nice that Andy was able to make it home at a decent hour and for the first time in a LONG time....we sat around on a Monday night together

it sounds to me like all this is really helping you just BE in your body, which can be so amazingly grounding. i need to do something like it, too; but maybe not quite so rough. i'm a bit of a wimp, you see. ;)

it IS incredibly grounding and makes me feel that, no matter what shape or form my body is.....i'm moving it, loving it, working it and feeling the power it has.

and it helps that all the girls involved are fucking awesome! and i bet you're not the wimp you think you are. I certainly don't think you're a wimp you beautiful strong lady! believe me, i've done more than i thought i could at this point and i think you'd surprise yourself as well.

last friday i went to a freeskate and i felt my blister pop open while i was skating and it hurt so bad but i just kept going. but, ew!

gotta love that, for the past two practices, i have pulled off a bloody sock from my right foot. it's so hot!

one of my friends teases me and says it looks like i'm a leper. nice.

rob and i are actually going to a derby match this weekend in grand rapids :)
