skated today and found that my front truck on my left skate was very loose. i was working my crossovers (Which i must say improved....i blame watching speed skating on the Olympics!! lol)when my foot starting wobbling badly at high speeds. now, i have to say that i'm not real fast yet.....certainly NOT at the 4 laps in one minute pace, but i should ( Read more... )
