just a quick update to say I am stilll alive, just about 550 miles away in Houghton. This week has been orientation, nothign too exciting; lots of telling me how I will make be involved and make lost of new friends, bla bla etc etc. HOpefully soon I can get some pictures up of the area here. Tomorrow is my first day of pep band, we have "band camp

Glad to hear from ya. Hope it hasn't been too rough - my orientation was rather dull. Good luck with pep band - I'm thinking you'll have fun with band for the first time in a while.
