Accomplishments

Today, I made bread, picked up necessities at Target, put up two pictures in the bathroom to distract from the !!PINK!!, figured out how to get photos off my new camera and online, posted pictures of my knitting swap package and my in-progress socks on Ravelry, and put in suggested changes for my wedding album.

Man that yarn knits up gorgeous (not like I expected otherwise since it's Noro). Yum-homemade bread.

Wonderful colors, but unfortunately it's not superwash... but for socks like that, it's worth handwashing.

Yes! That's the toe at the bottom. I haven't gotten to the heel yet.

That is awesome to behold. Are you going to stick to personal projects or have you considered making a little money on the side with these?

Thank you! Considering the time investment, it's not worthwhile to me to make them for sale. It really gives me an appreciation for the amount of effort it took to clothe oneself before people invented knitting machines. I can't imagine having to knit all my socks by hand - it would take forever!
