I know this probably isn't a new idea, but I have an intense desire to start a festival in honor of meat and whatnot...called SausageFest

To me a "sausagefest" was a party with mostly guys and hardly any girls. Sometimes "helmet party" can be used in the same instance...

haha. You're right. That's...where the name is from, especially since I'm convinced more men than women would go to a place selling sausages and probably beer and not much else. ;)
