I watched "se7en" last night. It was GREAT. But I knew I'd like it, because I like messed up shit like "The Cell" and "Titus" and "Identity." I've just finished reading Azar Nafisi's memoir, "Reading Lolita in Tehran." While it definitely wasn't my kind of book, and I never would have read it if there was something more tantalizing, I enjoyed the end. I lent my new roomie one of my dictionaries, and since she returned it this morning, and I was still asleep, she wrote me a note. A note! Who DOES that?

I have just acquired a new roommate. My old roommate, Naomi, changed rooms for reasons unknown to me. I was alone in here for a week, when, early this morning, the staff comes in and puts clean sheets on the bed and she deposits her suitcase and goes away.
