Holy shit. For the first time EVER, and probably the last time EVER, I have heard one of the albums on your 'best of' list. No, no, fuck that, I OWN one of the albums on the best of list. Whatever People Say I Am, Thats What I Blah Blah, I have that. Dude. I feel so very cool.

Damn good album, well done. Also, Strokes should never beat futureheads, owing to their amazing aptitude for lameness. Nor should they beat arctic monkeys, for the same reason. Should they be on the list at all? Only god can answer that...
Also, destroyer interests me. I know nothing about them, but if they made #1, there must be something to them. What do they do?

Hahaha...you'd hate Destroyer with a passion...indie as hell...
They're the main band for the bassist/occasional songwriter for New Pornographers. Listen to "Streets Of Fire" on Twin Cinema, that's one of his songs. He's got a...unique way of singing.

And also: A) The new Strokes CD is very different from their first two, and B) Fuck you, I love the Strokes.

A) You have no idea how impressed I am that you know all those bands...damn!
B) The Futureheads are amazing. Like Arctic Monkeys who sing in harmony and stuff.
