It is hard pushing your social comfort zone, thats for sure. But worth it in the end. So yes! give it a try!

I had a wonderful time. Put on my best party hat and celebrated in the traditional "get you licence sticker renewed" line.

Followed by the "get my new driver's licence photo" line....

then the "oh crap, my OHIP card expired too!" line.

Nice of the government to hit me up for that much in fees on my birthday!!

Finished up the day with a wait at the doctors office - just for good measure.

But there was cake at the end of it all - so still a good day on balance :)

Hey Mike! So glad you are taking the risk to photograph people -- these are lovely, especially the first one. You've always had a great eye and I look forward to seeing more of your people shots.

Well, there ain't much nature downtown where I find myself these days. People is the only wildlife I get to stalk! ;)

thanks Nanne. The bigger question is how well I'll stick with it once the snow flies. It is hard to motivate yourself to walk as much once it gets that cold.
